Locale dynamically changes your Droid Incredible’s settings in the background based on location and time information. You can configure locale to do different things based on where you are and when. So you can have Locale turn off your ringer and set your device to vibrate after 10:00 PM if and only if you’re at home. Or you can have it switch to a “professional” ringtone while at work, and switch back to your *cough* “personal” one when you leave the office premises. Can it turn off the ringer when you go to your favorite movie theater? Yes, yes it can.
You can create any number of these “situations” when you want Locale to kick-in and change settings for you.
